After almost two-and-a-half years, I find myself reflecting back on my experiences with fatherhood. Its clear to me now that the most uncertain period was the first six months or so, during which I had no idea if what I was doing was correct. With that in mind, I have decided to share my top 10 tips. These are for brand new dads, and also represent mistakes that I made in one form or another along the way. Hopefully a new father out there can benefit from my experiences on this topic and avoid some unnecessary ageda…enjoy!

My husband has a group of friends he’s known his entire life. When I met Matt, I also met “the crew” and became fond of hanging out with the boys. I’ve always deeply cherished and respected the fact that, until this day, he’s close friends with every single one of them.

Welcome to my tidbits post!
Hello everyone!
To start off this month, I thought it would be appropriate to feature funny baby related quotes and keep things a little light.
Many moms out there like me, sometimes need a few words of wisdom, an anecdote (or five) to break our daily routine from dealing with either a very young baby, requiring attention every second of the day, OR (in my case) dealing with a bull-headed toddler who thinks she can get her way by assaulting my eardrums with her vibrating high pitched voice. Often I practice the art of “screaming into a pillow”. Then I remind myself I am NOT going insane; there are others who go through this and, it too, shall pass.
