As a former teacher, a mom, and a grandmother, I want to strongly suggest that you new parents don't allow the stars in your eyes to blind you to the fact that your baby will have to carry his/her name through school and into adulthood. Although a certain amount of creativity is laudable, a name that is hard to pronounce, to remember, or spell is a burden for a child. And don't we all want our children to be remembered but in a positive way?
