Nursing, making time to spend with the older one, trying to get everything else going, keeping up with the husband, and trying to find the time to SLEEP! SLEEP? I've decided that that beautiful word will not be real to me again until my kids are probably in their 30's! Not 5, or 10, not their teens because then the concerns will be that they're out too late, etc. For now however, I must add that MAKING the time to get together with my friends brings a much needed "time-out" from being a mom and wife. As they say, "it too shall pass," but would we trade it in? Not for anything in the world. For being a parent-specifically a mother is the most challenging and only unpaid job in the world but the most beautiful job of all. Thanks Girls and hooray for Mimosas!
